Chocolate and Hazelnut Raw Cookies

Looking for a great way to treat your taste buds and still contribute to your healthy diet? Occasionally the idea of baking can seem time consuming and not gratifying enough. Enjoy a healthy treat with our Chocolate and Hazelnut Raw Cookies with only a few quick and easy steps.

Ingredients:
  • For the cookies:
  • 2 scoops Formula 1 Protein Shake Chocolate
  • 60 g rolled oats
  • 1 ripe banana mashed
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp hazelnut butter
  • For the toppings (optional):
  • 20g dark chocolate, melted
  • 1 tbsp hazelnuts chopped
Method:

Place all cookie ingredients in to a food processor and blend until combined. Divide the mixture into 8 balls and flatten to create a cookie shape.

Drizzle with melted dark chocolate and scatter the chopped hazelnuts over the cookies to serve.
