Overnight Oats with F1

Overnight oats recipe with Formula 1 protein shake.

Ready to try a new way to have a delightful but healthy breakfast. Rolled oats makes a delicious breakfast. Here is a simple overnight oats recipe to give you an easy way of getting that additional nutrition in the morning. With a flavourful topping made with chopped pear, cinnamon flavour Herbal Tea Concentrate and Oat Apple Fibre for that apple flavour.

Cooking time: 10 minutes
  • 2 scoops Formula 1 Protein Shake Banana Cream
  • 2 scoops Protein Drink Mix (PDM)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 scoop Oat Apple Fibre
  • Apple 175 ml + 2 tbsp cold water
  • ½ pear, finely chopped
  • 30 g rolled oats
  1. Mix chopped pear, Herbal Tea Concentrate, Oat Apple Fibre and 2 tbsp cold water together in a small bowl. Stir until well combined. Set aside to allow mixture to thicken while you prepare the oats.
  2. In a mason jar or small bowl, mix rolled oats, Formula 1 and Protein Drink Mix together with a fork.  Gradually add the remaining water, stirring until well blended. Spoon pear mixture on top. Cover tightly with jar lid or plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 4 hours, or up to overnight.
  3. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon before serving, if desired.
