Ingredients:
  • 250ml Semi-Skimmed Milk (1.5%)
  • 1 Small Green Apple (Peeled)
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Teaspoon Desiccated Coconut
  • 2 Cloves
  • 2 Scoops Formula 1 Protein Shake Vanilla
  • 4 Ice Cubes
Method:

Add all ingredients into the blender and mix until desired consistency is achieved. Serve straight away (this shake tastes best when it’s cold!). You can garnish the serving glass with cinnamon.
